Homemade Apple Cider Vinaigrette

Homemade Apple Cider Vinaigrette Dressing Recipe

So as you know, Hubs is a professional chef. So when we wanted salad but were totally out of our favorite dressings, he decided to come up with something on the fly. This was the perfect dressing for our tomato, spinach, basil, bell pepper and mozzarella salad last night.

This recipe is quick to whip up in a food processor or blender. My good friends Becky and Stephen (you can check out Becky’s blog here) gifted us some homemade coffee creamer in this super cute carafe for Christmas and it is perfectly repurposed as a dressing container.
